Let us help you get pointed in the right direction. Ask questions and get ideas through virtual or in-person meetings. We can help with how to balance an unusual spot in a room, provide layout advice, give our opinion on paint colors and decor decisions, or what kind of light fixture would work best in your space. We can help you decide if a pre-owned home’s floor plan is right for you. We can also review plans from other designers and builders to give you a second opinion.

Space Planning
There is a lot to consider when trying to layout a room, between balancing the space, keeping the function of the space, and also allowing common paths of travel through the room. Space Planning is one of the things we love to do! We will create 3 space plan options tailored to your existing space or for a custom home that are functional, while meeting all of your needs and wants, and it will look beautiful.

Room Makeover
If your space needs an overhaul, a Room Makeover is the service for you. This makeover includes space planning plus a design board with finishes, furniture, decor, lighting, and appliances. We ensure that your style and feel of the room will be reflected in the design.

This service provides extra visuals to help you envision the space. We build a virtual 3D model to walk you through the space. These visuals will give you an almost life-like view of what your space could look like at the end of the project.

Plan Review Edit
If you are building a home or remodeling your home with another designer or builder, but feel like their plans aren’t meeting your needs, we can help. We can review and edit your plans from an outside source to help you get exactly what you want.
