Welcome to Farrar Design

Farrar Design created a space plan of barndominium in a U-shape, creating a courtyard style area between the main house and the shop. It is a custom home design specifically for the client. In the main living area, from left to right ,there is a sunroom, living room, kitchen, pantry, stairs to the 2nd floor, dining room, entry, guest bedroom with a closet, office, guest bath, laundry room, and master bedroom, with walk through master closet into the master bedroom. There is also a 2 car garage, a shop that includes a separate workshop, a full bathroom, and 3 roll-up shop doors. Finally, the plan shows a porch that wraps around the courtyard and in front of the shop doors.

A bedroom with modern interior design that has a black, white, and gray color scheme with hints of brass in the hardware throughout the room. There is  floating white nightstand with a vase of flowers and a tall white lamp on top of it. The bed is elevated about a foot off the ground with a matching cushioned white headboard and footboard with multiple pillows. At the foot of the bed is 2 fluffy low seating stools. 
There is a geometric rug on the floor under the bed and stools. On the right there is tall windows with gray floor-length curtains showing a city skyline outside. Finally, there is white textured art on the wall above the headboard, a crossing linear metal light fixture over the bed.
