If you cancel a service after payment has been made, but no work was completed, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

If you cancel a service after payment has been made and some work has been completed, you will only receive a partial refund. The amount refunded will depend on how much work has been completed.  

If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will do our best to make you satisfied with your purchase.

With a 24-hour notice, you may reschedule an appointment free of charge.

A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged if you cancel the day of your appointment. Plus, you will be charged for any travel fees that may have occurred before you cancelled your appointment.
